This will included while preparing covering letters. ⇒ Tranche No     • Tranche No should be a number. ⇒ Folder Containing Certificates     • Select the Folder containing SGB COH PDF files for the entered Tranche No. ⇒ Output Directory     • Sorted COH, covering letters and transaction summary will be created in this Folder. Create a new Folder and Select it using browse button. ⇒ Excel File Path     • Create a new XLSX File with the data of your HO.  You may filter the data of required COHs from the master File received from Mumbai GPO.     • Do not change the column heads.
